Really, it looks good in civilian trim.

I think it might look better than the new one...

The GMT900 looks tons better in Chevy trim than the new ones do. That being said, DAT 2015 ESCALADE

The GMT900 is so much better looking than the 2015 model. The beltline is lower = windows you can actually see out of. It doesn't look like its trying too hard, and I don't think the design will ever really get old.

This is coming from a Panther owner who has never even driven any kind of GM SUV, but yeah.

i dont understand the design philosophy behind the wind swept headlamps. They look atrocious. That being said, the Denali and Escalade are ON POINT.

The thing that makes all cop cars/suvs look good with steelies is the fact they are all fresh looking and have chrome lugnuts and center caps that are still chrome.

The headlights would look better if the bottom kink wasn't there and it was just that one at the top.

But then people would say it looked too much like the Explorer's headlights.

It is really good looking in both police & civilian trim. Looks absolutely menacing in blacked out cop-spec. And it certainly does look better than the new one.

Until now, I'd actually never seen one as a "Paramedic Response Unit" before, either. They're more commonly used in the B.C. Ambulance Service as supervisor's vehicles . Even then, they're still not the coolest looking units in the fleet .

I certainly would say the GMT 900 looks a lot better than the new K2XX. I always felt that the GMT 800 looked a bit better, though. To me, that was the generation that nailed the mixture of soccer mom luxury that the 900 errs towards, and the rugged truck looks that the 400 was about. And I felt the Yukon was the best looking 800.

Although I really dig early 2000s design. So of course I'm learning towards that.

Not calling the 900 bad looking. They do look good. A lot better than the competition, IMO - Expedition and Armada looked bland and I was never a fan of the Toyota whatever's looks. 900s did have a very fitting look as police vehicles, and I'm kinda wondering if the K2xx isn't gonna be where Tahoe looses ground to the Explorer. It just looks too big. I'm from the South, I learned to drive in a truck, I've lusted after a number of beater Suburbans - I love big. But the K2xx Tahoe just looks too fucking big. They ain't gettin' any cheaper, either.
